The GirlAlive Diaries ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Staples Okay, so I was just watching some tv (a horrible reality fashion show thing) and I had the closed captioning on because my dad is mostly deaf, and the closed captioning is always on. There was a shot segueing from inside one building to inside another, and it was just a basic establishing shot. And suddenly in the middle of this silent establishing shot, the captioning says, "I really did want to shave it but I couldn't because of the staples." What?!?!? There was no one in either scene talking about shaving or staples. In fact, I never remember either topic coming up in the entire show. But there it was.
